Evette is a former gymnast and actively participated in the sport between the ages of 6 thru 17. She competed and taught for several years at the Chicago Park District’s. She attended Lincoln Park High School in Chicago, IL as a Dance Major Music Minor. She studied Jazz, Ballet, Modern and Hip Hop. She performed shows throughout the city of Chicago. She played the clarinet as a 2nd Clarinetist and studied music both instrumentally and vocally as well as music theory. Evette competed as a member of The Lincoln Park HS Concert Band, which has a rich tradition of being one of the best bands in the city of Chicago consistently winning numerous state and regional competitions.

In College, she studied dance with Gary Flannigan. Gary is a former New York Broad Way Dancer and accomplished instructor. She performed the duet “Pain of Mambo” with Gary and many other numerous Broad Way dances throughout the city. Jazz and Ballet were her main focus of study.

Living in South Florida, she studied vocals with Country Grammy Award Winner, Josh Noland. She performed throughout South Florida with the Country Music Association. (South Florida CMA). She had her original music on several radio stations that showcased her with performances in the genre of Dance/Pop.

Evette’s newest interest developed a few years ago here in South Florida. Vertical Dancing! Better known as Pole Dancing. There are worldwide competitions available for those who aspire to compete! As a personal trainer, gymnast and technical dancer, and having worked for a gym, Evette believes that Pole Dancing allows for all three to be incorporated into one, which gives it an exciting potential! The fun you’ll have and the terrific shape you’ll get into while learning something new is unparalleled.
