Evette has been an athlete since the age of six years old. She started with gymnastics, taking part in competitions. As a teenager, she attended a performing arts high school. There, she obtained a major in dance, having studied jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop and modern dance. At the start of adulthood, had performed Broadway Musicals—to include a duet with Broadway dancer, Gary Flannigan, portraying Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaires in, “Pain of Mambo.” Other well known musicals she landed roles in were, “Magic,” and “The Nutcracker.” In her young adolescent years, she trained in varied styles of martial arts. Kevin “Superkick” McClinton, was her Sifu, who trained with Chuck Norris. During her teen years, she found a passion for training and joined a gym, the catalyst for her lifestyle. By the time she was a young adult, she competed in her first bikini fitness competition.

Changing bodies is a passion of hers, as it changes people from the inside, and outside. It enables individuals to have more confidence, discipline and gratification. Her personal training includes nutrition coaching, but she offers an in-depth nutrition coaching plan if someone wants to focus on the regimen, with or without personal training. Personal training can be done online via FaceTime or Zoom, at a local gym to suit the client’s preference, and at EDFC studio.

It’s never too late to workout. You can start one day or make today your day one. You can train for bikini fitness at any age. You can train just to be in the best health you can be. I have clients that range thru the age in the sixties. You don’t have to be in extreme fitness shape, unless you want to be. You simply can come to be in your best shape. Everyday, workout to be stronger than yesterday. Of course, the body does need to rest so you won’t train literally everyday. The strongest most powerful muscle in the human body is the mind. The mindset is where you have to commit to yourself to be in good health, mind and body. Evette has extensive experience in personal training.
